To Coordinate, supervise, and provide the link between facility operation and management at the Company facility and/or oversee the third-party Operations and Maintenance team.

• Maintain plant and equipment to top shape of 98% availability for asset integrity, performance, production, and cost-saving requirements, and provide technical support for management.
• Complete production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the process flow on shift to line management.
• Responsible for accurate daily meter readings by ensuring custody transfer meters accuracy does not exceed 1% tolerance.
• Manage the performance of the operations and maintenance teams. Plan & approve maintenance work/spare.
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Manage issuing and revalidation of PTW System.
• Ensure that equipment/devices are functioning properly by calling for repairs of equipment, units, and devices.
• Review job procedures from the manufacturer’s operating manual to suit our operation
• Provide manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analysing gas production rates and data, answering questions, and responding to requests.
• Organise for Process Plant Efficiency Test and carry it out in a safe manner.
• Supervise and oversee work done by subordinates, and contractor staff on and off shift.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources, maintaining compliance with established HSE Policies and procedures.
• Maintains good working relationships by following company policies on Employee responsibility.
• Supervise, ensure, and oversee process control room activities.  
• Resolve personnel problems by analyzing and investigating issues; identifying solutions; and recommending positive action.
• Initiate operating set points to accommodate delta P and delta T to always keep the process plant stable and safeguarded.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as required.
• Relate, communicate, and report to line management on daily basis.
• Carry out gas production forecast to achieve production target by ensuring the right specification of gas delivered to customers.
• Organise on-the-job training for subordinates as a way of developing crew members.
• Participate & represent the company in commissioning/ pre-start-up/ start-up of company assets, and JV partner’s assets as operation demands.
• Manage all locals/ community contractors to achieve peaceful operation

• Must have a BSc/HND plus relevant qualifications and background with at least 5 years experience in E&P operations facilities, preferable in a management position. Experience working with JV partners will be an advantage.
• Must be competent in multi-disciplinary operations and maintenance in oil and gas field activities
• Must be highly conversant with issuing and revalidation of PTW System.
• Must demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and experience in a multi-cultural environment.
• Must have an analytical mind and the ability to plan, execute, measure, and review feedback.
• Must be computer literate with experience working with Microsoft Office packages and other relevant IT systems.
